Q. Where is the link to the Zoom webinar?
A. The webinar link is sent out to paid registrants 2 days prior to the date of the webinar. Please check your email or junk mail for an email from [email protected]. If you are unable to find the webinar link, please email [email protected] or call 507-356-4972 for assistance before noon on the day of the webinar.

Q. How do I join the Zoom meeting?

Q. Who can I call or email for technical assistance if my class isn't working?
A. Most challenges with Zoom classes can be simply answered with a quick phone call or email. If you need assistance, please contact Stacy at 507-356-4972 (landline) or [email protected]. Questions about current courses for paid participants will be answered ASAP between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday (CST). Registration questions will be answered within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that I am also an in-home child care educator by day and the children have top priority! I assure you that you are also very important and I will return your question as soon as I am able (usually between the hours of 12:30 and 2:30 pm CST.
If you are registered for a Zoom webinar and have questions, please contact me before Noon (CST) on the day of the webinar to ensure I have time to return your question before the webinar begins.
If you are having trouble during a Zoom class, please send me a private message on the Zoom chat and I will provide assistance as I am able. Most audio problems can be solved by making sure your audio is turned up and not on mute, or by simply logging out and logging back into the class again. If you get "kicked out" of the Zoom class due to internet issues, simply log back into the classroom and I will let you in again.
